Product Introduction

I. Power Distribution Cabinet (Box):

Model YNXL, Rated Voltage 380V, Rated Current 630A~10A, Conforming to Standard GB/T 7251.2-2023

II. Installation Methods:

Wall-mounted and floor-standing installation options are available.

III. Application Scenarios:

  • Industrial Production: Suitable for power distribution and control of industrial equipment such as machine tool spindle motors, production line conveyor motors, compressors, and fans.
  • Municipal Engineering: Used for power supply control of water pumps in wastewater treatment plants, municipal drainage pumps, streetlight control cabinets (high-power), and bridge lifting equipment.
  • Commercial and Civil Use: Power distribution for central air conditioning outdoor units in shopping malls, water supply booster pumps in residential communities, and compressors in large cold storage facilities.
  • Agricultural Applications: Power control boxes for irrigation pumps in large-scale farms and temperature-controlled fans in greenhouses.

IV. Operation and Maintenance:

  • Installation Requirements:
    • Installation must be performed by certified electricians to ensure correct three-phase wiring phase alignment (to prevent motor reversal) and a grounding resistance of ≤4Ω.
    • The installation environment should be kept away from heat sources (e.g., boilers, ovens), avoid direct sunlight, and ensure proper ventilation (to prevent component overheating).
  • Routine Maintenance:
    • Weekly Inspection: Check for burn marks on contactor contacts and loose terminal connections (high current in power circuits can cause heating and loosening).
    • Monthly Cleaning: After power disconnection, use a dry brush to clean dust inside the cabinet (dust accumulation can lead to component short circuits). Verify that thermal relay settings match the rated current of the connected equipment.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Tripping: First disconnect power to the driven equipment. Investigate whether the issue stems from a short circuit (e.g., burnt motor windings) or overload (e.g., seized pump). Only reset the breaker after resolving equipment faults.
    • Contactor Malfunction: Check coil voltage or contact status. When replacing components, use models with identical rated current and auxiliary contact quantities. Never downgrade component specifications
